All reports are typically completed within three to four weeks following the patient consultation or receipt of records, provided prior notice has been given. Services are delivered from our base at Versorium Healthcare in Hurstpierpoint, Sussex, with flexibility to travel where necessary. Mr Rafid Al-Mahfoudh

I have conducted reports based on the AMA guidelines for both personal injuries and medical malpractice. Starting as a medico legal expert with an independent Medical Assessments Agency; (Red Health) in Brisbane, Australia since November 2013, these included assessing and calculating the resulting disability/impairment according to the AMA guidelines.

I have completed the AMA Guides 5th Edition Training Course in Brisbane in June 2014.

I have successfully completed numerous personal injury and medical negligence claims relating to spinal disorders in addition to neurosurgical claims. These claims have ranged from calculation of whole person impairment as a result of a claim, causation, medical negligence and expert opinion on potential claims.

Mr. Benjamin Fisher

I am a Consultant Neurosurgeon with subspeciality interests in neurovascular, pituitary and CSF disorders alongside a general neurosurgical interest. I have completed formal neurosurgical training in the West Midlands. This was augmented by a highly competitive Royal College of Surgeons accredited Neurovascular fellowship at Kings College Hospital,
London, a second fellowship at Skull Base Neurosurgery at The Walton Centre in Liverpool and an Observership at the world-famous Barrow Institute in Pheonix, Arizona USA.

I am the lead Neurovascular clinician at the Royal Sussex County Hospital, having
reconfigured the neurovascular service, and have clipped over 100 aneurysms, removed over 40 AVM’s and dealt with varied neurovascular pathologies of the brainstem and spine. I have been involved in the development of a regional neurovascular network and the provision of services for low volume, high complexity surgical procedures seen particularly in the neurovascular speciality.

I have been involved in several large international neurovascular trials as PI, published widely on neurovascular topics, and regularly teach on the topic of neurovascular surgery to undergraduate and postgraduate audiences. I am also the unit's audit, education and training lead

In summary, I have extensive training and experience in neurovascular neurosurgery, both clinic, academic and managerial, making me well placed to provide an expert opinion on related topics.

Mr. Robin Pillay

I am a Senior Consultant, Department of Neurosurgery at the National Neuroscience
Institute.

I sub-specialise in spine surgery with a special interest in craniocervical spine conditions.

I had a medico-legal practice in the UK from 2002- 2020, mainly in Spire Liverpool.

My initial practice was mainly for plaintiff (80%) and 20 % defendant, but in the latter 5-8 years , Plaintiff : Defendant was 30:70

I also did medical reports for insurance companies and sports clubs through BUPA.

My knowledge of medico-legal practice was through a series of lectures and case discussions

At my NHS workplace where I did some medico-legal work as well.

I moved to Singapore to take up practice there in a public hospital in 2020, and started doing some medical reports for Insurance companies
